We are looking for a positive and compassionate professional who is ready to dive into the front desk roles and responsibilities of our busy physical therapy clinic! This role will support four physical therapists and two massage therapists as well as other ancillary services that we offer.

Working together as a team at our office is extremely important and, therefore, good communication skills and an upbeat attitude are a must-have. Candidates should have administrative skills such as MS Word, Gmail, Excel, etc and knowledge of social media is a bonus.

Our office aims to provide an extremely high-quality hands-on experience. From the first booking experience to the treatment and on to check-out, we strive to provide a seamless, personalized process. Hospitality experience or experience in a professional service industry is preferred.

To be successful here, candidates should be kind, self-starters, resourceful and VERY attentive to detail.

This position's roles include but are not limited to:

• maintaining several provider's schedules and actively booking new patients and maintaining a waitlist
• utilizing Excel to track patient cancellations and rescheduling
• coordinating with providers regarding schedule and patient requests
• ensuring all offices are fully stocked with proper equipment and supplies
• processing payments and generating superbills

Depending on the candidate, this is a part to full time position specifically looking for someone with availability Monday through Friday with some weekend hours needed. Additional hours may be added based on how full the schedule is but additional hours are not guaranteed. Because we are a small office, schedule consistency is the number one quality we are looking for!
